At Toxci, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If you're not happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • You’ll also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Process

Once your return request is accepted:

  • We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to ship your item back.
  • Ensure that you ship the item only after receiving return approval, as returns sent without prior request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

We encourage you to inspect your order upon delivery. If you find any item defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately, and we will evaluate the issue and offer a solution.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Custom-made products, such as personalized or made-to-order items.
  • Sale items, gift cards, and intimate/personal care products like beauty items.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, the quickest way is to return the original product and make a separate purchase for the replacement once your return is accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you if your refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund.
